Hey There:

We have you hosting the April Mixer. The date is April 9th, from 5:30 until 7:30 PM.

As host there are a few things that we request from you as listed below:

1. Welcome table for KWBG Staff
2. Hors d’oeuvres and Beverages (adult beverages are highly recommended as well) for mixer attendees (average mixer attendance is between 60-100 people)
3. Hosting area available to KWBG Staff by 4:30pm the day of the mixer
4. Hosting area available to mixer attendees from 5:30pm – 7:30pm
5. Area available to display gift bags and other items for raffle (if possible, offer some type of raffle item of your own)

This is a fantastic opportunity for your business to be marketed to other local businesses!!
The KWBG will e-blast the mixer invitation to members on 3 occasions prior to your mixer date.
In addition, your mixer will be announced at the KWBG luncheon the week prior to your event – if you or another representative could attend our April luncheon to be held on Wednesday April 2nd at Beachside Resort to push this mixer that would be great!

Feel free to advertise your event on your own as well. As a member of the KWBG you may use our logo as well on any advertising for this event.
